Kendra Wilkinson Injured in Car Accident: Report

Kendra Wilkinson was taken to the hospital after a car accident Sunday, according to Us Weekly.

The magazine spotted the former Playboy model and "Girls Next Door" alum going into Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles early Sunday.

The magazine quoted a source saying that Wilkinson was "in shock" and "really sore" following the accident.

A second source told the magazine that she was discharged the same day after doctors examined her and found no serious injuries.

A rep for the star did not immediately respond to ABCNews.com's request for comment.

The Los Angeles Police Department had no record regarding the incident.

Wilkinson, wife of former NFL player Hank Baskett and mother to 3 year-old Hank Baskett IV, left the ABC diving show " Splash" earlier this month because she said she feared getting hurt.

"I'm so sorry, everybody. It's bittersweet. One thing I don't do is quit. This is the first time in my life I've quit something," she said in a statement. "This will haunt me for the rest of my life."

"Big mistake signing up for the show. Sorry I let you all down," she later tweeted.
