This year, Mother's Day has a whole new meaning for new mom Holly Madison.

In March, the former "Girls Next Door" star and her boyfriend, Pasquale Rotella, welcomed their daughter Rainbow.

"I think we will start the day with brunch in matching dresses that Pasquale got for us," Madison, 33, tells ABC News. "[Then] I have an E! special airing [at night], which will be a great way to celebrate. We can watch as a family how Rainbow came into our lives."

The special, "Holly's Having a Baby," documents Madison's road to motherhood, and began filming before giving birth. However, now, the former Playboy model is looking forward to spending some downtime with her brood.

"My first Mother's Day will be exactly as I dreamed," she says. "Surrounded with love."
