Michelle Williams split from Jason Segel in February, and it seems she might have moved on with artist Dustin Yellin.

The star of "Oz: The Great and Powerful," 32, and the sculptor-painter, 37, were first spotted holding hands after the Met Gala in New York City last month. Yellin, who lives and works near Williams' Brooklyn home, has already met Matilda, her 7-year-old daughter with the late Heath Ledger.

The threesome braved the rain Monday and attended a child's birthday party at a nearby park. The next day, Yellin was spotted walking Matilda home from school.

Earlier this year (when she was dating actor Segel), Williams spoke about the outpouring of support from fans who want her to find love.

"If people are happy about [my relationship], that makes me feel good because in my head the opposite is true, that people fault or blame you for things," she told InStyle magazine. "That's really painful. You wish they would just want you to be happy, for your kid to be happy, and for you to have a good life and do good work. [So] any kind sentiment that the world can feed back, well, I won't turn it down."
