Earlier this year, Gwyneth Paltrow was named the World's Most Beautiful Woman, and in a new trailer, she's proving why she deserved the title.

In a newly-released trailer for the film "Thank You for Sharing," Paltrow appears as the girlfriend of a recovering sex addict, played by Mark Ruffalo. In one racy scene, she's seen writhing around in black lingerie and sauntering sexily over to him.

To stay in such great shape, Paltrow, who just released a new cookbook, works out regularly, tries to sleep as much as possible, and of course, she eats well.

Who did you think should have been named the "World's Most Beautiful Woman"?

For breakfast, she has a smoothie; she snacks on nuts or an avocado throughout the day. She'll have a light salad for lunch, and she eats whatever she wants for dinner, she said.

"It's why I exercise for two hours every day," she said earlier this year. "Because I want to enjoy my life and I love pasta. Like last night I came home and had a fresh baguette and cheese. And a martini. I don't believe in depriving yourself."

She also avoids get on scales. "I think it creates a bad psychology," she said.
