Only two days after giving birth, Hilaria Baldwin, 29, was on her feet and ready to introduce newborn daughter Carmen to New York City on Sunday. The yoga instructor and first-time mom makes it look all too easy to have a child and jump right back into action.

Everyone's favorite "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin, 55, wasn't going to let his new little girl out of his sight and joined the ladies for a stroll in the park.

"We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter, Carmen Gabriela," Hilaria tweeted Friday night. "She is absolutely perfect. @ABFalecbaldwin @IrelandBBaldwin."

A family for just a few days, the Baldwins already have a Sunday park routine. Maybe Ireland Baldwin can join her sister next time.

The 17-year-old model posted an open letter to Carmen via her Tumblr titled "Happy Birthday."

"Dear Carmen, You have entered the world! Welcome!" writes Baldwin. "There are countless lessons that I want to teach you, but I have faith that you will learn a majority of them on your own journey and they will help you grow … You have been born into one crazy family. You are both lucky and cursed at the same time. We are going to have so fun much fun together."
