"How are you, sweetie?" Tom Hanks asked Sarah Moretti.

It's not unusual for the Oscar winner to encounter fans at his Broadway performance of "Lucky Guy," but what makes this one special is that Moretti is a young girl with autism.

According to the information attached to a series of YouTube videos published in March, Hanks, 57 and a father of four, invited Moretti backstage while he was on Broadway starring in "Lucky Guy."

Hanks also pulls out a letter Moretti sent to the "Captain Phillips" star with pictures of his career and his family that the actor actually saved. She couldn't be happier and giggled with joy.

Finally, Hanks flips through Moretti's scrapbook of things she saved about him over the years before singing it for her.

"Look how young I used to be," Hanks jokes. "Sweetie, how wonderful is it to meet you? I love meeting you."

Try not to tear up when watching a class act like Hanks give this girl the thrill of a lifetime.
