Just weeks following his recent heath scare, Austin Mahone is back in business. According to E! News, the 17-year-old crooner is set to perform at the 2013 TeenNick Halo Awards in Hollywood on Nov. 17. This will be Mahone's first performance since being diagnosed with a high fever, dehydration and a blood clot on his vocal cords.

"I'm feeling a lot better since my hospital scare," the teen told E!. "I've really been taking every precaution to stay healthy and now I'm really excited to say that I'll finally be able to perform again."

Mahone's reps issued a statement last month announcing that the pop star would have to postpone his MTV Artist to Watch Tour until next year due to a mysterious illness. After weeks of rest and relaxation, the young vocalist is excited to return to the stage.
