Sure, millions of people were watching when Amy Poehler made out with Bono, but one person in particular had something to say about it.
Poehler, who co-hosted the Globes with Tina Fey, was sitting in the audience getting a backrub from the Irish singer-songwriter when her name was read during the nominations for Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy. After her name was called as the winner, she jokingly locked lips with Bono before heading onstage to accept the award.
“I’ve never won anything like this,” Poehler said, noticeably surprised she won. “‘Parks and Rec’ is the best cast in comedy and drama as far as I’m concerned … I never win so I can’t believe I won.”
Poehler, 42, mother of Archie, 5, and Abel, 3, with ex-husband Will Arnett, has been linked to Kroll, 35, since May 2013. She announced her separation from Arnett eight months earlier, in September 2012.
