The 2014 Golden Globes had social media buzzing last night. The show and red carpet had people talking and posting on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Here are three things that had us buzzing:

1. Jennifer Lawrence: The Photo Bomb & That Dress

Jennifer Lawrence set Twitter on fire with her photo bomb of Taylor Swift. J-Law, 23, made an instantly classic moment when she crawled up the stairs while Ryan Seacrest was interviewing Swift.

Lawrence's dress also caused a ruckus as the star had a few hilarious comparisons posted all over social media of her Christian Dior gown, including this one from " The Little Mermaid, and this one by actor Colton Haynes.

2. Kerry Washington Gets Baby Bump Love

Scandal' star Kerry Washington formally announced her pregnancy on the red carpet. Check out this picture blogger Just Jared posted on Twitter of 'Mama Pope's baby bump.

Show creator Shonda Rhimes sent this gushing tweet to the expecting mother while she was on the red carpet.

Washington, 36, told Ryan Seacrest her baby bump is her "best accessory." This is her first child with NFL husband Nnamdi Asomugha.

3. Diddy & Bono Have Awkward Hug On Stage, Then Party It Up Afterwards

Rap mogul Diddy and U2's Bono had an awkward moment on stage during the show. Diddy, 44 , was presenting the singer with the award for Best Song when the rapper leaned in to give the Bono, 53, a hug. The embrace did not play out very well on camera, but made for some interesting posts on Vine.

The pair seemingly made up while hanging out at an after party together. Diddy posted a picture on Instagram of the fun.
