Sharon Stone’s former nanny is suing her, claiming the “Basic Instinct” actress used racially derogatory comments around her and violated labor laws.

Stone, through a publicist, called the move “an absurd lawsuit that has been filed by a disgruntled ex-employee.”

Erlinda T.  Elemen, a Filipino woman who worked as Stone’s live-in housekeeper and nanny for five years, filed a lawsuit today in Los Angeles Superior Court blaming Stone for various offenses.

In the suit, Elemen claimed she was asked not to speak to Stone’s children because Stone did not want them to pick up her Filipino accent. Elemen added that Stone criticized her for attending church and at one point, forbade her to read the Bible in the house.

Elemen said Stone withheld overtime payment from her. When Elemen brought it up, she claimed Stone paid her the wages but accused her of stealing, berated her in front of guests, and eventually fired her for accepting the overtime pay.

The nanny was seeking an unspecified amount of unpaid wages, damages and penalties.

Through her publicist, Paul Bloch, Stone said Elemen “is obviously looking to get money any way she can.  After she was terminated approximately 1½ years ago, she filed claims for alleged disability and workers compensation.  Now, she is obviously looking for another opportunity to cash in.  This is a frivolous lawsuit for absurd claims that are made-up and fabricated.  Sharon Stone will be completely vindicated in court.”

Last year, Stone was sued by a man who slipped and fell 15 feet while working on her house. She was ordered to pay him $232,000.

Alec Baldwin’s accused stalker was smiling Monday after a visit to a New York City courthouse ended with her being prohibited from contacting the “30 Rock” star for another two months.

“Je t’aime New York,” Genevieve Sabourin told the NY Post after she left the courthouse.  “I love the United States.

“With my lawyers, we are going to solve this misunderstanding,”  the 40-year-old Canadian actress said.

“My client is not guilty of stalking or harassment,” Sabourin attorney Maurice Sercarz said. “Once we are able to establish a context for these contacts, we will be able to convince the DA and all involved that the context was legitimate.

“There’s a time and place for everything. The facts will emerge … there was much more to this story than appeared in the media,” Sercarz said.

Sabourin says she had a physical relationship with the newly engaged actor, 54.  The two met when she worked as a publicist for Eddie Murphy’s “The Adventures of Pluto Nash.”

Court records indicate that the pair had dinner in the fall of 2010 and Baldwin offered her professional advice as a favor to a friend.

Baldwin claims in court documents that Sabourin sent him emails saying, “I am less than 10 minutes away from you tonight. Say I do to me,” “I am excited … about creating genevieve baldwin,” and “i need to see you now.”

Sabourin was arrested April 8 after attempting to access the actor’s Manhattan apartment.

Baldwin tweeted in April, “Isn’t it odd when an accused stalker is in handcuffs, being taken away by the cops, yet smiles for the cameras?”

Sabourin will return to court July 26.

Football legend Deion Sanders has not been shy about making his real-life “War of the Roses” divorce drama public.

Now his estranged wife, Pilar Sanders, is speaking out, accusing the man who became known as “Primetime” during his college and NFL days, of using the couple’s divorce and custody battle over their three children to boost his public image.

“I just can’t believe to what extent he’s willing to go just to get attention from the media,” Pilar Sanders said today on “Good Morning America,” alongside her attorney.  “He’s a legend and he’ll always be a legend in what he’s accomplished on the field, but he’s just not relevant to today’s world.

” I think he just wanted and needed the media attention for him to continue to do what he does, which is sell himself,” she said.  “No real man would act in such a way.”

Pilar Sanders’ comments come after a gag order was lifted against her following an April 23 domestic dispute between the couple at the family’s  $5.7 million Prosper, Texas, mansion that ended with Pilar held in jail overnight on a misdemeanor assault charge and her husband cited, also for  misdemeanor assault.

After the altercation, Deion took to Twitter to allege that Pilar had attacked him and then posted a photo of the couple’s two sons, ages 12 and 10, filling out police reports. He later removed the photo from the site.

He appeared on “GMA” after the incident to explain why he posted the pictures.

“I can’t be alleged the guy that’s lost his mind,” Deion said. “That’s not who I am or what I am.  I’m opening up schools. I’m doing many things for the community.  I have endorsements.”

Pilar denies attacking her husband and says the Prosper police officers who responded to the couple’s home on April 23 did not tell the judge all the facts.

“None of what you heard from my estranged spouse is even true,” she said.  “What unfortunately was the case was the Prosper Police Department either was in his [Deion's] pockets or something like that, but they never presented all of the facts to the judge that did give the go-ahead for me to be jailed.”

The altercation is the latest in a contentious divorce that began when Deion Sanders, 44, filed for divorce from Pilar, 38, last December after 13 years of marriage.  The couple have continued to live together with their children in their sprawling mansion outside of Dallas, despite the divorce drama.

Pilar has accused Deion of cheating on her with entertainment producer Tracey Edmonds and has  filed two separate lawsuits against him, one for defamation and one accusing his aunt of attacking  her in their home.

On Monday Texas State District Judge Ray Wheless ordered Pilar to stay 500 yards away from the family’s home and gave Deion temporary custody of the couple’s three children, two sons and a daughter, pending a full custody hearing.  The judge also ordered that the children undergo psychological counseling.

“The children are doing their best,” Pilar said.  “They’re coping with, unfortunately, this horrible media blitz Deion has gone on.”

Sanders, who became an icon in the Dallas area during his five seasons as a cornerback with the Cowboys and is now an analyst for the NFL Network, took to Twitter again Monday after the judge’s ruling.

“GOD IS SO GOOD! DON’T EVER DOUBT HIM NO MATTER HOW YOUR SITUATION LOOKS. TRUST HIM PLEASE. HE IS SO FAITHFUL,” he wrote late Monday night.

“We’re dealing with a man who admittedly said he fooled the media, he concocted another character just to earn more money, well, this is the same thing,” Pilar said of her husband’s publicizing their divorce.  “This is ‘Primetime’ and this is Deion Sanders that you’re seeing all-in-one.”

“That ‘Primetime’ never died off,” she said.  “It’s still him and he’s still here and he’s still dancing and laughing and doing everything he did years ago in his college dorm room when he created ‘Primetime.’  He’s still at it.”

The couple will face off again May 15 in a Texas courtroom for a custody hearing regarding their three children in which Pilar plans to ask the judge for full custody from Deion, who she calls a “provider,” not a father.

“To me, a father interacts with his children on more than just one level, on more than just sports,” she said.  “There was never a question of whether I had full custody anyway.  Deion traveled and he worked all the time and the only interaction he ever really had with our children was during sports, practices or games, so it really was never a question who was the primary parent of our children.”

The court victory for Sanders, 44, comes after three days of court testimony over a domestic dispute last month at the couple’s $5.7 million Prospect, Texas, home that resulted in a citation for Sanders and a night in jail for his estranged wife, Pilar.

The couple had continued living together at their sprawling mansion on the outskirts of Dallas even after Deion Sanders filed for divorce from Pilar in December after 13 years of marriage.  Their War of the Roses divorce drama came to a head in the April 23  dispute that resulted in Pilar being charged with misdemeanor assault and held overnight in the Collin County Jail.

“So sporadically, and quickly, we said, you know, we got to really tell our side of the story first and get it out there and that’s where it came from,” he said of his tweets.

Sanders, who earned the nickname “Primetime” and became an icon in the Dallas area during his five seasons as a cornerback with the Cowboys, took to Twitter again Monday after the judge’s ruling.

In a statement released to ABC News today, Deion Sanders’ attorney, Rick Robertson, described his client as feeling “vindicated” by the ruling.

“We are pleased that the judge confirmed Deion Sanders’ innocence and simultaneously validated his concern for the well-being of his family by giving him sole possession of his home and banning Pilar from the premises.  He and his children can now move forward with their lives in peace,” read the statement.

The couple starred in a 2008 reality show, ” Deion & Pilar Prime Time Love,” that aired on the Oxygen network.  Sanders now works as an analyst for the NFL Network.

In court testimony last week the police officers who responded to the Sanders’ home in the April 23 dispute said they didn’t see any signs of attack on Pilar Sanders and that an injury to her lip seen in her mug shot may have been a self-inflicted bite.  She told police she entered her husband’s bedroom because she hadn’t seen one of their sons for three days.

A second masseur has reportedly filed another $2 million lawsuit against John Travolta claiming that the actor attempted to have sex with him during a massage session.

In the complaint, one masseur, identified only as John Doe, alleges that Travolta touched his private parts and apologized, but then floated the idea of having sex with the masseur and as well as the two of them having sex with a “Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex.”

When the masseur refused to engage in sexual acts, the lawsuit claims Travolta became verbally abusive and went on a rant saying “Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity.” According to the lawsuit, Travolta claimed that he furthered his career this way during his “Welcome Back, Kotter” days.

Travolta’s publicist released a statement in response to the lawsuit, calling it “complete fiction and fabrication” and saying Travolta wasn’t even in the same state as the masseur on the day in question.

The second anonymous male plaintiff, also represented by the same lawyer as the first suit,  Okorie Okorocha, of Pasadena, accuses Travolta of improper behavior during a massage session at an Atlanta-area resort, according to papers posted online by Radar.

“This second ‘anonymous’ claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one,” Singer told the Associated Press, adding it was clear the lawyer involved had filed the new lawsuit after the date problem with the first one was pointed out.

A scary run-in at a Los Angeles gym left actress Mila Kunis hiding in her Range Rover from a homeless man accused of stalking her.

Los Angeles police say the man, 27-year-old Stuart Dunn, showed up at Kunis’ gym on Friday, the third straight day he followed the “Black Swan” star to the gym in hopes of meeting her.

The actress, 28, reportedly hid in her Range Rover until Los Angeles police arrived and swarmed the location with squad cars, DailyFill.com reported.

“Stuart Dunn was detained at a local gym in Los Angeles …he was detained apparently for stalking Ms. Kunis,” Los Angeles Police Officer Cleon Joseph said.

Dunn, a homeless man described as 5-feet-7 and 125 pounds, was no stranger to Kunis.  He was arrested in January by the Los Angeles County Sheriff for attempting to break in to her California home.

Dunn pleaded no contest to unauthorized entry of a private dwelling and was sentenced in February to three years probation and 60 days in jail, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

“He was caught, charged and plead no contest for entering the house and placed on probation and it did not stop,” said Harvey Levin of TMZ.  “It is just a scary situation.”

Kunis  had reportedly beefed up her security since the attempted break-in.

Dunn isn’t the first fan to become infatuated with Kunis.

Last year Christopher Chaney, 36, hacked into Kunis’ email account and stole private information and photos.  He pleaded guilty in March.

“Celebrities are just like anyone else,” Rhonda Saunders, a Los Angeles County assistant district attorney who is a specialist in stalking cases, told ABC News.  “When they’re being stalked they’re very fearful.  They’re afraid for themselves.  They’re afraid for their families. They’re afraid for the people around them.”

Dunn is currently being held at a mental facility for evaluation.  He could go to jail if authorities determine he violated the judge’s three-year probation.

Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, the wife of actor Dennis Quaid, has withdrawn the divorce papers she filed in early March, according to TMZ. The two have been married for seven years.

According to the site, Kimberly told a judge that she no longer wants to pursue divorce proceedings, and the case was dismissed.

Rumor had it that Kimberly called the whole thing off after realizing that her husband wanted her to receive nothing in their divorce settlement.  But reps for the actor told ABC News, “Contrary to what has been reported, a satisfactory settlement is being worked out for both parties.”

Kimberly Quaid initially filed for divorce because she said the marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities,” according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. She sought spousal support along with attorney’s fees.

This would have been the third divorce for Dennis Quaid. He divorced actress P.J. Soles in 1983 and Meg Ryan in 2001.

When NFL legend Deion Sanders made headlines last month it was not for setting any type of football record, but for the way he put his children in the center of a domestic dispute between him and their mother, his estranged wife, Pilar.

Now the former Dallas Cowboys star says he did what he had to do – including tweeting pictures of him and his sons filing out police reports – in order to protect his very public, all-star image.

“I can’t be alleged the guy that’s lost his mind,” Sanders said today on “Good Morning America.”  “That’s not who I am or what I am.  I’m opening up schools. I’m doing many things for the community.  I have endorsements.”

Sanders, who was referring to his charity work as co-founder of the charter school Prime Prep Academy, was cited late last month by police in the couple’s hometown of Prosper, Texas, for misdemeanor simple assault one day after an alleged altercation with Pilar. As a result, his wife was arrested and held overnight in jail for misdemeanor family violence.  The altercation occurred in the mansion where the couple still live together with their children, despite their increasingly messy divorce.

Sander immediately took to Twitter as his wife was arrested at their home, tweeting: “Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She’s going to jail n I’m pressing charges!”

He also posted a photo of himself with two the couple’s two sons, ages 10 and 12, filling out police reports.  He later removed the photos from the site.

Pilar Sanders was charged with misdemeanor assault and held overnight in the Collin County Jail with bond set at $264.  She was released the next day and ordered to stay away from their home for 60 days. The judge also barred her from threatening or harassing her husband, according to the Associated Press.

“I pray to God that they don’t allow her back in the home because it’s not a safe environment for me or as well as the kids,” Sanders said.  “But I can assure you one thing, she was never touched and thank God I have two witnesses that happen to be my children that saw the whole incident.”

The couple have been embroiled a “War of Roses” divorce drama since Deion filed for divorce against Pilar last year after 13 years of marriage.  Both partners have chosen to continue living together in the couple’s lavish Texas mansion on the outskirts of Dallas where Sanders, nicknamed “Primetime,” became an icon during his five seasons as a cornerback with the Cowboys.

“The home is in my name and my name only,” he said.  “It’s a wonderful haven for the kids. They’ve been raised here.  That’s why I choose to stay in the home.”

Sanders now works as an analyst for the NFL Network.  The couple starred in a 2008 reality show, “Deion & Pilar Prime Time Love,” that aired on the Oxygen network.

While Sanders strongly denies any allegations of abuse, a piano teacher to one of the Sanders’ sons who says she was in the house at the time of the altercation says the football star was the aggressor.

“I heard glass breaking and Deion was shouting at the top of his lungs, ‘Get out of my house.  Get out of my house,!’” the teacher, Lisa Thomas, told ABC News.

“That’s really funny seeing that you never entered the home and you never saw me,” Sanders said in response to Thomas, whom Sanders claims was not even in his home that night.  “I don’t understand what drives some people but, thank God, fortunately, that both of my sons witnessed the whole thing, unfortunately that they did, but, fortunately, that I have witnesses.”

“They testified,” he said of his sons.  “They wrote statements to the police and I can’t wait until those statements come out so that everyone can see the truth.”

Before the gag order was issued in the case, Pilar spoke out to reporters as she was released from jail.

“I understand that I have very little chance at beating a Hall of Fame, two-sport man that everyone seems to love and adore,” she said.  “I’m a full-time mom, 100 percent for my children.  And I just haven’t been given a fair shake.”

In February, Pilar, who has accused Sanders of infidelity, filed a suit against her husband and his aunt, Laura Jones, in which she claimed the aunt attacked her in their home while Sanders watched.

In the meantime, the former football star says the couple’s living arrangements will have to change.

“No.  We can’t.  That can’t happen. It’s already volatile,” Sanders said of Pilar moving back into the family’s home after her 60-day probation period ends.  “She owns a home five minutes from here which we purchased for her mother.  I stay in the house because I provide, I take care of the home.”

The “Octomom’s” difficult April ended on Monday with her filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in federal court, according to E! Online. But according to TMZ, she is trying to turn her financial ship around — by signing a deal to star in a movie for a porn company.

According to court documents, Nadya Suleman says she has less than $50,000 in assets and owes between $500,000 and $1 million to creditors including Amir Haddadin, the owner of her home; Orkin Pest Control; Kaiser Permanete; Verizon Wireless; Sylvan Learning Center; and others.

Earlier this year, Suleman — who has 14 children, including octuplets born in 2009 — revealed that she was accepting $2,000 per month in food stamps from the state of California.

Suleman’s van was vandalized and she received a death threat during an incident at her California home on April 7. Last week, she was the subject of a child services investigation after her former hairdresser went public with photos that reportedly depicted her home as being filthy. Police subsequently determined that there was nothing unusual going on at the home and that Suleman’s kids were safe.

TMZ said Suleman has signed on to appear in a porn video for a company that was willing to pay, “a lot more than the $10,000 she made for [recently] posing topless.” The film will be shot soon, according to TMZ, and released by the summer.

Suleman had previously turned down a million dollar offer from porn giant Vivid to headline a movie. She recently began working with Dial a Star, in which people pay money to talk to a celebrity over the phone, to make money for her family.

“This is an idealistic kind of job and I feel guilty at the same time because people are actually spending money to talk to me, a star,” she told ABC News’ “Nightline.” “I’m not a star.  I’m just a mom.  I’m a mom in the public eye.”

Britney Spears’ fiance, Jason Trawick, was named a co-conservator for the pop star by a Los Angeles judge on Wednesday, according to People magazine.

Along with Spears’ dad, Jamie Spears, Trawick will have a say in the pop star’s personal affairs but not in her financial affairs.  Spears’ dad continues to manage the latter.

A lawyer for Spears’ father said the request was made earlier this month by the singer. Jamie Spears has been his daughter’s conservator since her emotional breakdown in February 2008.
