1. The Boss:  The entire “Born in the U.S.A.” Bruce Springsteen album (via @GStephanopoulos)

2. John Hughes: “Whenever I see a John Hughes movie, I feel like he was doing a verite documentary about my life.” (via @AlbertoOrso)

3. Members Only jackets: they came in every color…and that thing on the shoulder…how could you resist? (via @Catatstic)

4. Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”: “When I hear Girls Just Wanna Have Fun I remember my haircut that was short and spiky on the side with a long swoosh of bangs covering my right eye …and that it was once incredibly stylish and not a Kate Gosselin knock-off ‘do.” (via @AlbertoOrso)
