10:03 a.m. ET: In an exclusive interview with "Good Morning America," Rielle Hunter revealed that she and former presidential candidate, John Edwards have split up.

The two started an affair during his 2008 presidential campaign. When Hunter became pregnant, they tried to hide the affair and love child by claiming his aide, Andrew Young, had fathered the child. The ensuing scandal ended his presidential run.
