10:42 p.m. ET: Sage Stallone, son of actor Sylvester Stallone, was found dead in his apartment today, ABC News Los Angeles station KABC reported.

He was 36 and the cause of his death was not clear.

5:50 p.m. ET: Brian Edwards and Tom Privitere, a New Jersey couple married in 2010, were horrified when a photo of them kissing at their engagement party was altered and turned up in an anti-gay unions mailer 2,000 miles away.

The playful photo had been posted on Edwards' personal blog and was originally set against the backdrop of the New York City skyline. But the doctored photo showed the gay couple standing in a snowy Colorado setting and was used in a political campaign to attack a Republican who supported civil union legislation.

3:35 p.m. ET: Here's something fun and summery…ice cream on-demand!

The "Uber" app, which usually provides an on-demand car service, has partnered with local ice cream trucks in seven cities today - New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Seattle, Toronto and San Francisco. Users of the app, which is available for iPhone and Android phones, will be able to pinpoint the location they are in and have the ice cream truck drive on over.

2:14 p.m. ET: UPDATE: Despite the Drudge Report's article Thursday night reporting that Condoleezza Rice is the new frontrunner to be Mitt Romney's running mate, a spokesperson for the former secretary of state tells ABC News she is still not interested in the job.

12:58 p.m. ET: As detailed in a report on "Nightline" Thursday, an ABC News investigation found that American children are being put at risk by inadequately trained dentists who often seek to enhance profits by sedating their young patients for even routine tooth cleaning and cavity treatments.

11:49 p.m. ET: DEVELOPING: Two eerie plane incidents leading into this Friday the 13th.

From ABC News' Richard Esposito: Passengers aboard the Madrid-bound Delta jet that was turned back over fears of an explosive device on board were told by the pilot that the plane had mechanical issues, while there was actually concern that a bomb was aboard and a woman on the flight was part of a terror team.

10:12 a.m. ET: Could Condi Rice be tapped as Mitt Romney's vice president?

That's the latest rumor from The Drudge Report, the conservative website.The Romney campaign has not commented on the report. Drudge has long appeared supportive of the Romney campaign and there are ties between the site's founder, Matt Drudge, and Romney staffers.
