Circle in the Sky
An observation circle that rises hundreds of feet above Grand Central Terminal in New York City and descends to pick up passengers could one day be another Big Apple landmark. The concept, designed to provide visitors with breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, is one of three plans submitted to the Municipal Art Society of New York.
