American Hero Sgt. Walter Ehlers Dies at 92 Sgt. Walter Ehlers died today at the age of 92. He was the last Medal of Honor recipient who stormed Omaha Beach on D-Day during World War II. Ehlers fought in front of his men and even when he was wounded in the back, he kept fighting. He carried one of his men to safety and then he returned to combat.

Father, Son Rescue Two Deer A couple of good Samaritans came to the rescue of a real life Bambi and her sister. It started with a Facebook post requesting help for the deer stranded on a lake in Minnesota. A father and son headed out with some rope, a GoPro camera and a lot of love. Together, they were able to pull the deer to shore and they stayed until the deer were strong enough to return to the forest.
