GMA Hosts Epic ‘Frozen’ Singalong Event
Thousands joined together for an epic coast-to-coast “Frozen” singalong live this week on “Good Morning America,” from Tony Award-winning singer Idina Menzel, to the New York City Children’s Chorus, to fans who gathered in Times Square, and viewers around the country who sent in their own heartwarming renditions. Everyone joined hands as the imposing countdown clock began on the Times Square jumbotron, signifying for all the Elsa-impersonators across the United States to officially begin belting out the lyrics to the hit song “Let It Go.”
Whale of a Tail Slaps Woman on Excursion Boat
A woman on a whale-watching excursion off the coast of Mexico learned the power of a whale’s tail firsthand when it slapped her in the face. The whale was thrashing in the water when the boat got too close to the whale, causing the wild animal’s giant and powerful tail to go right in her face. The woman was identified only as Chelsea, a Canadian spending time in Baja California, Mexico, as part of the Live Different Academy, a gap-year program that encourages volunteer work.
Pope Francis Kisses ‘Mini-Me’
Pope Francis was photographed kissing his “Mini-Me” in front of a Vatican crowd. The little boy was dressed in tiny papal robes and a skull cap and was none too happy about it either. The toddler’s grandmother made the outfit for Carnival, when children dress up in costumes in the weeks before Lent.
