NSA Whistleblower To Allege Unlawful Acts, Name Hayden
EmailNSA whistleblower Russ Tice says he will tell Congress Wednesday of "probable unlawful and unconstitutional acts" involving the agency’s former director, Gen. Michael Hayden, President Bush’s nominee to run the CIA.
Tice, a former technical intelligence specialist at NSA who first went public on ABC News, says he has been asked to meet in closed session with staff members of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
In a letter to the committee, Tice says the alleged illegal acts involved "very highly sensitive intelligence programs and operations known as Special Access Programs (SAPs)."
Gen. Hayden said last week that all activities he oversaw as director of the NSA were in compliance with the law.

How can these actions be legal?? If the people doing this would allow FISA and a Bipartisan Congressional Committe to oversee ALL AND I DO MEAN ALL!!!!!!! of their actions and the Oversight Committee said it was OK I could agree. But they are skulking around like thieves in the night. Judge them by their actions!!!

I had a dream last night that woke me right up.I saw The United States of America and all she represrnt like the Constitution, Democracy and our way of life symbolically as an ancient and very strong tree with her roots reaching deep into the earth, with her strong trunk and branches covered in beautiful green leaves reaching up into the heavens. Unfortunately for us I also saw a huge thick vine growing from near her roots and twining up her trunk and into all of her branches choking the life from the ree. There were hardly any leaves on this vine but there was a strange fruit: three fat, bright yellow ears of corn. Next I saw some media types actually reaching up and tearing the choking vine from the branches. We the people must not let this stop there but need to rip this vine out by the roots before it kills this amazing tree. You can make fun of me for telling you about my dream…but I think it is true and more people who care will start getting them too. God works in mysterious ways and we will know the tree by its fruit. I sure wish I knew what the corn represented! Any I dreas.

which is the greater crime–The whistleblower who advises the public of the criminal acts by his employer OR the employer who commits these acts under the guise of National Security..The News Media should direct their attention CONSTANTLY on the one that they (News Media) determines has committed the greater crime.

Ok, enough is More than enough.
What does it take to get people Motivated these days? Looking at just the headlines these past 5 years..i have to ask the question all of Europe, and the rest of the world are asking. Why..do Americans Allow this to go on? All of this crazyness. Insanity. Why don’t we stand up, En mass, United, as Americans and Excercise our Rights before they are gone, cos gone they Will be, Are going right before your eyes..Why, Why, Why don’t we get Rid of this whole pack of rats while we still can? Congress has been muttering about impeachment for a while now, there are more than enough Legal reasons Documented already to do it, Many websites are up dedicated to it..but it doesn’t get off the ground because The People don’t say enough. Doesn’t anyone see what’s happening to us? Or..doesn’t anyone care anymore..
Imho, this horrible, inexcusable Blind indifference from the Public is what’s Really shameful.

Wake up America!! The NSA is engaging in atrocious acts of epic criminal malfeasonce against the United States of America and its citizens. The War on Terror is a fraudulently constructed war based on false pretenses that gives the NEO-CONS cover to execute a systematic desecration of our great democracy and systematic destruction of the constitution. The so-called SAP involves tapping into all sorts of wires (including YOUR nervous system wires)!! It is sick but the absolute truth. Reverse the criminal acts of epic malfeasonce on November 7, 2006 by voting 100% democratic for a restoration of true democracy!!
