The FBI has a "good lead" on the person or persons who intentionally drilled a hole in a critical pressure cooling pipe at the Turkey Point nuclear power plant in Florida, law enforcement sources tell ABC News. One of the plant’s two nuclear reactors was in the process of being fired up after routine maintenance when the 3/16th-inch hole was discovered on March 31. The sources say FBI agents have determined the hole was not drilled accidentally and are gathering evidence for possible criminal charges.  A reward of $100,000 has been offered for information leading to the identification of those responsible for the damage at the plant, which is located south of Miami.
