$5 Million Reward for al-Masri

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has authorized the Rewards for Justice Program to offer a reward of up to $5 million to encourage individuals to come forward with information leading to Abu Ayyub al-Masri.

Abu Ayyub al-Masri, an Egyptian national, is a senior al-Qaeda leader in Iraq and was a direct associate of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Trained in Afghanistan and Pakistan, al-Masri is an explosives expert specializing in the construction of Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIEDs).

Years ago,I met Mayor William after elderly speech (near the chief and court offices) gave him a letter. I have nothing to do with DC establishment. I went also to the Police chief office near computer center (5?ft) did the same and received a yellow receiver note.
I just wait for that day when no one or institution will be above our constitution
