Shuttle Foam

Producer Gina Sunseri updates us following the discovery of foam on the shuttle launch pad: It is a gray rainy day at the Johnson Space Center. Engineers I have spoken with are stunned, disbelieving that this is happening again. The space shuttle is an incredibly complicated space vehicle, with more than 2 million parts, and the engineers who keep it flying are dedicated to keeping this shuttle flying.
