RICE DRESSES IN BLACK FOR 9/11 REMEMBRANCE

ABC’s Kirit Radia reports:

At a 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the State Department for foreign nationals who died in the attacks, Secretary Rice came out dressed in black and addressed a crowd of foreign diplomats, including former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

She took the opportunity to remind the crowd that the fight against terrorism was a global one and that countries must fight it together. She said 9/11 was an "attack not only against our people, but against the noblest aspirations of all people.
