They should immediately (not hours after)strafe the source of fire when attacked. The same thing with Iran arming insurgents. If they really have the evidence they should aggressively act on it (i.e go after them) instead of trying to prove the authenticity to the world. This is because the world will forever be skeptical (after the Iraq-WMD debacle ) of any evidence that the US presents meanwhile American servicemen and women lives are being expended.
