U.S. Issues ‘Intelligence Bulletin’ on ABC News Taliban Video

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security have issued an "intelligence bulletin" regarding the Taliban video broadcast by ABC News on Monday, the Blotter has learned. The Bulletin, which was issued to law enforcement officials nationwide on Tuesday, states, "ABC News has obtained a video depicting Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah introducing suicide teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Great Britain."
