Sen. Larry Craig Tells Staff He’ll Resign Saturday

Sen. Larry Craig told his staff he intends to announce his resignation tomorrow, according to a Senate Republican source. "It’s over," the source said.

During what was described as an emotional conference call with his staff at about 4:30 this afternoon, the senator apologized to his staff and maintained that he is innocent and will work to clear his name, the source told ABC News. The call lasted for about 15 minutes.

His announcement will be made at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time at the Historic Boise Train Depot.

Pressure has been mounting on Craig to resign after news broke of his arrest in an undercover sting operation in an airport men’s room. Craig pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Aug. 8 but has maintained that he did nothing wrong.

Republican leaders have launched investigations into the matter and Republican senators have publicly called on Craig to step down.

Leave the man alone! Yeesh… “We have acted prompty in dealing with the conduct…” Yeah the conduct that is in question of even happening. It is the cop’s word against the senator’s. The tape really gives no distinct proof that the senator solicited sex.

Good People,
at 62 years of age, this man has live his life. It was not live to his fullest, having to hide like that, but never the less, he lived his life.
You know,
now that the cat is ou t of the bag, it would be extremely couragous of him, to come to that announcement tomorrow, for once in his life, and to the end of it, being himself.
Stop the lies.
At this point, it don’t matter.
Everybody know.
So Mr. Craig might as well, live o ut loud.
he won’t be able to take back the guilty plea, but I bet you, thaat if he accepts himself, then everyone else, starting with his familily, radiating outward, everyone will not mind him being himself.
and You know,
It aint’ too late for him to find himself.
I hope he does…..

Amber, he plead guilty. No further proof is needed, unless he claims he was waterboarded.

It’s shameful that this man has been so vocal with his “family values” and “anti-gay” agenda all the while pursuing other men for sex. His hypocrisy has harmed not only his family but has harmed many gay couples who all deserve better.
Hope he steps down and pursues getting in touch with his real self…

Amber – the man pled guilty. He is a grown man and a US Senator and should know what the consequences of a guilty plea is. Now he wants to take it back? Please. This fool needs to go!

he SHOULD resign!! rumors (which i know can be just that) have been floating around about his gayness for 25+ years!!! he pled guilty to make sure NOONE heard about it. that reporter had to DIG to find the charge. he did NOT want to go to trial. if you’re innocent, you don’t worry about the outcome. he is in a marriage of convenience and has been doing this stuff since he was in college. a LONG LONG time. . why the hell hasn’t david vitter stepped down yet since he committed a FELONY by constantly hiring prostitutes in d.c. and new orleans for 10+ years??? why the hell is he still in office? HYPOCRITE city.

He didn’t plead guilty to solicitation. He didn’t plead guilty to lewdness. He didn’t plead guilty to being gay. He plead guilty to indecent conduct, which is what he was told he did when he bumped someone else’s foot. My question… how far into HIS stall was the cop’s foot? Could it have been avoided? Were his feet REALLY in the other guy’s stall, or were the cop’s feet in HIS stall? I think this is completely ridiculous. Clinton can do what he did AND be impeached, but Craig, with a record of consistancy and decency and morality gets railroaded, yes RAILROADED, for wanting to just make his flight and making a mistake of pleading to a charge of indecent conduct while claiming his innocence to the OTHER charges the officer was making the entire time on the tapes. I wonder how many “signs” we make that could be taken for conduct for whatever crime on a daily basis. I wait for the handicapped bathroom stall to open, I don’t use the small stalls… I wonder if, by waiting and not using an open stall, I’m committing what could be considered a crime. I also park at the back of the parking lot and walk to stores, no matter the distance, so I can get exercise… I wonder if that’s where drug dealers park too and if I could get into trouble for that. I water my lawn at 2 am when it’s not hot… I wonder if that’s a sign for something too. Totally ridiculous.

Posted by: C | August 31, 2007, 2:50 pm 2:50 pm

Oh give me a break! He plead guilty to lewd behavior in hope that it would all go away (he says, even though every reasonable person knows that if he or she were accused of something like that they would never plead guilty and fight to avoid that stain on their reputation). He took the “easy” way out- avoiding the conflict. What is he doing tomorrow? Taking the easy way out, doing something he will saw “is not right, but I do it because . . .” he is too gutless to fight. How can someone have such little backbone that they’ll plead guilty and quit their job for soemthing they “didn’t do”? yeah right.

Posted by: Jack | August 31, 2007, 2:59 pm 2:59 pm

People,
we know he did it. that is not up for debate.
What needs to be discussed is:
Why have a 62 year old college graduate, U.S. Senator, allow either or/both internal psychological or external sociological influences exert som much pressure that, over the decades, he felt driven to do sleazy things with strangers in public places.
One thought I had, was:
what if his own internal psychosis about being gay, cause him to, in the course of doing his job as a senator, pursue laws that cause his and alot of toher gays pain??
just a question.

Posted by: WeKnow | August 31, 2007, 3:02 pm 3:02 pm

The fact that he has lost his job, based upon his prior history, does not mean he won’t be pursuing guys anymore. If anything, after he is canned, it is likely, and hopeful, that he will start to grow as a mature gay man. that lind was great.

This is completely ridiculous! After listening to the transcript of the cop V Craig. All they are going on is a so called left hand touching the bottom of a stall!!
Whether that happened or not is one mans word against another!!
Whether he is gay or not should have no bearing on this issue!! unbelievable what people will do? Was this a set-up to get a man to touch a stall divider & claim that he demanded SEX……absolutely ridiculous!!

Posted by: Nick | August 31, 2007, 3:24 pm 3:24 pm

The point of my post has nothing to do with Catholics and Blacks a false accusation and the hate fueled democrat party bashing a Republican for reasons that are at best unclear. Nothing he did in that bathroom was a crime and by the way. Did you read that on this “news” web site? Asking a man or chick for a date or phone number is not a crime either….sorry, its’ not. You people are so focused on hatred, your are blind to rational discourse.

Whether or not Senator Craig is going to resign, that cop Dave Karsnia should be arrested for investigation of Police Atrocity and violating human rights!!!

All “Republican Leaders” who called on Senator Craig’s resignation should be all step down or we will vote them out!!!

Posted by: shannangreen | August 31, 2007, 3:37 pm 3:37 pm

After the way even his party members are running from him, what other choice does he have BUT to resign if he does tomorrow. I stand by what I wrote before. I don’t think he did anything wrong after reading the transcripts. We have so much going on in the world that him staying in office, dividing the party lines, having attention drawn to him and his family instead of the truly important issues, would be against his record. He’s a respectable, upstanding, moral man. He’s not going to allow his family to go through the pain of scrutiny, have the country divided on such a stupid issue when so much else is going on, all for what? So the argument can go on for longer? So we can forget there’s a war going on? So we can ignore the parties running for president and what their platforms are? So we can ignore everything else going on around the world that truly IS important? He’s not facing jail time. He’s going to live out the rest of his life surrounded by the people who know and love him without having to deal with all the garbage in the media, and without making the members of the Republican party choose sides. He doesn’t have to fight. If he were facing jail, I believe he’d be fighting like the dickens. If he does resign tomorrow, I think it’s a sad remark on society and how quick we all are to jump on the media wagon and act like sheep being led by our media shephards. We’re no better than the supporters of the witch trials in Salem, or those led by McCarthy to hunt down all communists. Ridiculous. It will also be a strong show for the morality of a man who would rather just deal with what people are saying about him privately without continuing to have the entire country involved and making a mockery of the important issues. We all like to think we know everything, don’t we…. BAAAAAHHHHHHH BAAAAAHHHHHHH

Denial denial denial. So many clues that he is gay and this isn;t about his gayness, it’s ALL about his hypocrisy. He was actively anti-gay and did everything in his substantial power to shut down gays while being a closet homosexual. Many clues like “I don’t normall do this sort of thing” are very easy to read BETWEEN the lines. Important skill the typical hardline loyal Republican faithful apparently lack. Those stalls are WIDE!
By the time a cope feels it is time to flash the POLICE sign under the stall you know they have seen ENOUGH. Stop lying to yourselves. Nobody cares that he was gay except YOU if you are a card-carrying anti-gay anti-abortion pro-war pro-HondaRidgeline pro-MachineGuns for everyone GOP curiousity.
He’s not fired because he is GAY he is fired because he is a hypocrit and a LIAR. There are openly gay leaders in congress in the other parties and I could care less if the person who tickles their backside with a feather on Saturday’s is male female or other. So long as they tell the truth and lead with honesty, dignity and honorably follow their heart.
Lies and corruption are now the hallmark of the Republican party and most of us are happy to see them GO. Yesterday isn’t soon enough. They would apparently sell your jobs to China for a quick grope in the mens room.

Railroaded? Oh please. Hey C I will tell you this. If you ever slide your foot over into my stall you won’t have to worry about being arrested. The last thing you will see is laminate rapidly approaching your face and the sound of of your head popping like a grape after I slam it into the stall. Freak !! Quit whining about Clinton. Try being moral yourself and do what is right. This guy is guilty and HE said so. If he doesn’t know the law then he is incompetent and should be fired from the Senate anyway. Get a grip. You also forget the fact that he was in Minneapolis, not Boise. They didn’t railroad him, he walked into a sting. Pssst wonder why you defend him so? Watch out C, those cops might bust you too if your not careful.

Everyone who thinks this hypocrite was coerced in any way to plead guilty, think again. He pleaded guilty in AUGUST. The incident took place in JUNE. He had more than enough time to think it over and hire a lawyer. But he just hoped it would “go away.”
Senator Larry Craig is an utter disgrace to this country. For who knows how many years, he’s been going to that public toilet in Minneapolis every week to have anonymous gay sex. Then he would fly back to Washington, DC and rail against homosexual lifestyles which he himself engages in in secret.
This man is going down in flames and he deserves it. I only hope that he will one day own up to his sexuality and apologize to gay Americans who have had to suffered because of his denial.

By what we are to understand Larry Craig was changing flights at Minneapolis. His arrival and departure gates were close to one another. The men’s restroom in question was way off at a different concourse far from his arrival and departure gates.
Hey! Who has not been lost an airport. Especially one that one the Larry Craig uses frequently while commuting between Boise and Idaho.
I DONT BUY IT!!!!

There isn’t any proof of anything wrong except a eager cop trying to get someone. The senater should have NEVER pleaded guilty and should have fought the charge. Afterall on political issues that is what he is supposed to do for the people he represents anyway. As a lawmaker he should have known what was happening to him.

Posted by: Vickie | August 31, 2007, 4:10 pm 4:10 pm

Ok, to the last few geographically challenged bloggers: Boise is in fact a city in the state of Idaho (the state where said scumbag comes from) Minneapolis is a city in the state of Minnesota. That is the airport he was in. Washington is in the District of Columbia hence the name, Washington D.C.(full of scumbags) Now with that being said, get it right when you are slamming him, otherwise your point is not taken seriously.

For 36 years, I have never bumped into someone else’s body parts while visiting a public toilet. Never. Neither have I ever reached down to pick up a piece of toilet paper off the floor. If the toilet paper falls, I leave it there. I grab some new toilet paper from the roll.
Larry wants us to believe that he accidentally collided with the cop’s foot because of his WIDE STANCE. But the majority of Americans are not buying it.

Posted by: forestpath | August 31, 2007, 4:29 pm 4:29 pm

I am distrub by those who think this issue is simply about “SEX”. It is the behavoir of people on both sides of this issue that creates the problem. It is not impossible to imagine that you can seperate your sexual preference from valuing the traditional way of life, which is to procreate it takes a man and a woman. The problem is man/man, woman/woman wants to be seen as man/woman. This will never happen in our life time or 200 years from now. The issue is a civil one that examines the human dignity of the individual. Those of us who are straight feel under attack for our beleifs and we refuse to acknowledge why. Those who feel discriminated aganist want to destroy tradition. Thefore we need to evolve to a place where we value difference’s while respecting tradition. This requires wisdom and sadly on either side of this issue there is a lack of wisdom. There will never be a winner because the eventual outcome unless we find a way to closure will make us all losers.

This could just be all a conspiracy to remove the Senator. Anyone can be set up now a days. There was not exchange of money, simply a gesture that may have been inferred or not. Don’t we have better things to do. Very sad to see this happen, but the Senator life is ruined whether it was true or not true.

Well, George… if you WERE in the WOMEN’S bathroom and I touched your foot in the stall, I wouldn’t be accused of anything, but you sure would. How easy it was for you to assume I was a man, eh. All of us think we know so, so much, don’t we. We listen to a tape, we read a transcript, then we rush to judgment, just like the media wants us to. I never said he was in Minnesota or Idaho. Guess you assumed I stated that too. And, now MY morality is in question because I didn’t rush to judge based on transcripts and tapes that didn’t indicate guilt to me? Yes, sheep… I guess George is the head ram. Follow him, he’ll take the country over the ledge like lemmings. BAAAAAHHHHHHH

Posted by: C | August 31, 2007, 4:39 pm 4:39 pm

This is very troublesome. The tape sounds to me like a set up. Who in this world makes up rules that that is how you solicit sex in a bathroom. DId any one know this? I certainly didn’t and I asked some of my friends. Who makes these rules and signs up???

If he’s so guilty, and it’s been going on for YEARS, according to the all-knowing sheep on this comment page, where are the men he’s been doing it with? When others have been accused of such things with women or other men, people are coming out of the woodwork. There are pictures, there are allegations, there is proof. His last year in office would have been next year anyway. Next year is an election year and the Republican party is already behind in districts. Senator Warren isn’t running again, which the party was depending on to keep Virginia a Republican state. Ever heard of party politics? This runs deeper than what we “normal” schmucks would or wouldn’t do if WE were accused of something we didn’t do. This isn’t just about him, the whole political shift of the country is affected when the media jumps on one party’s bandwagon or another. What’s not to get about that? Do you think the media cares if any of the news they report is true or not? They are out to sell papers, gain readers and control the populace. Give me a break!

Maybe after this is all over, he can write a book called, “If I Had Done It.”

Posted by: forestpath | August 31, 2007, 4:48 pm 4:48 pm

This man, like so many “millions” of other bi-sexual, bi-curious men, like to participate in “anonymous” sexual acts. They are addicts.
If you research this, as the police have stated, their sting has caught lawyers, doctors, ministers just to name a few.
These “perps”, all assume that their counterparts speak their silent signal language for consenual sex, however, “without question”, they are all sexual predators and should be placed on the National Sex Ofenders Registry.
His turmoil, “at being caught”, is evident, but if he was not caught would be he continuing this charade.
Wake-up everyone! – these guys account for at least 30% of the American male populace who are self-declared swingers!
At least gay people have had the moral fibre to stand up and make the difficult personal and political choice to tough it out in this heathen society of evangelicals!
This looks good on him!
I hope that he someday may realize the pain and shame he has caused all who so selflessly work in Public Service.
It is a sad day for America for sure.

It’s all good and well to say that he’s NOT gay and there was NO SOLICITATION. Heck, lots of people who don’t know Craig believe you. (Some even think it’s a set up!)… Just one thing folks… The good Senator took 77 DAYS to come clean about being arrested and pleading guilty. 77 DAYS – thinking this thing might go away??? Give me a break. He lied to all of Idaho’s constituents and given us a national black eye. I don’t care if he’s as gay as the day is long… I want someone representing me who wouldn’t try to cover up his mis-doings even if he’s not guilty.

WilburForce, exactly you got the point of this. You vote for someone and he turns out not to be the guy he made you believe he was. He says he’s not gay, but he pleads guilty. This incident started on June, yet he pleads guilty in August. Then it becomes public and he says he pleaded guilty because of some newspaper’s witch hunt. Then a few days later he says he was really entrapped. Now I heard he’s going to resign tomorrow. What a joke!

What’s been going on for years is ANONYMOUS BATHROOM SEX. He’s had several people come forward speaking of incidents in TRAIN STATION BATHROOMS, AIRPORT BATHROOMS, etc. (On condition of anonymity) It’s a bit different from affairs and such… This is more of a clandestine, furtive, He-said/He-said situation, obviously It’s not like it’s easy to get under that stall with a camera… But trust me, others have indicted him… This certainly isn’t out of the blue for Sen. I, while not a homosexual, find people especially politicians like Senator Craig, disheartening when they make remarks such as they do about homosexuals and others, practice what they do and condemn, maybe we should look at what they say and maybe look closer at the men or women we vote into office. Yeah, don’t resign and then try and explain why you waited 77 days to tell your constituents that you’re innocent.
I mean, I for one, don’t care if you’re gay (although none of the gay folks I know do bathroom perv stuff), or if you’re bi or even if you’re straight and that cop was just a lying fool.
But I don’t get why you waited to tell us your ‘truth’… How do you explain that?

Posted by: smartcheesejet | August 31, 2007, 5:21 pm 5:21 pm

cheese: Everytime we make rational explainations for why we think he should resign, you just call it “hate”. You blindly defend any GOP out there, regardless of what he/she did. If a democrat had the same political stance against ANY issue, and then turned around and did (yes, he did)the opposite, I would lose respect for that person too.
Explain me this: why was he caught in a bathroom far away from his terminal? He used that airport alot. Why did he take 2 months to plead, then act like he didn’t know what he was doing? Why does he have a history of this? Why would this cop lie?

I ask this question of both men and women. Have you EVER had anyone “accidentally” rub their shoe/foot up against yours while using a public toilet in a stall?

I know what cheese is going to say. He’s going to say this is part of some left wing conspiracy and that the socialist police force of Minneapolis were working with the liberal Idaho Statesman to set him up. He’ll then go to say that Larry was brought back to the police station for interrogation where he was forced into confessing in order to catch his flight.

I too found the transcript is not conclusive enough to call for a US senator’s resignation. What I found interesting is that his fellow Republican senators, like McCain, were so quick to call for him to leave. This fact alone is a strong hint to me that Craig has something shady which a lot of his colleagues had already knew.

I live in Idaho Falls, Larry Craig is the State’s senator, not mine, I never voted for any of the phony “holy er then thou” group! Our State is ran by the LDS church and the REPUBLICANS.
The matter is not whether Mr. Craig is gay, who cares, except the majority of these morally righteous, white, annal retentive LDS Republicans here and probably across the bible belt is the hypocracy. Craig tells everyone about his “family values”, just the same way Duke Cunningham, Ney, Abranoff, Vitter, Livingston, Newt, Foley and many other closeted gays are preaching how everyone else should live. However, they can visit prostitutes and do the Toilet Two step, and we are suppose to believe them when they say, I WAS FRAMED!
Everyone with a brain in Idaho has known since probably 82 when the pages were being um, visited in the boys room, that him and several others were Gay. But, bottom line, if the Bishop says your o.k. and the Repubs, hell you can just about do anything you want. Except get CAUGHT!Because then they will have to say the G word!! He didn’t just get caught by someone who he could call a liar, someone Karl could slime, he got caught in a sting by a cop and pled guilty. He also said he visited that bathroom at least once a week, while traveling. Hum, complaints of lewd acts in bathroom, Craig visits once a week, cops set up sting, Craig decided to play tap tap with the cop. Yup sounds like a setup to me! So now they will put him out to pasture and bring in another troll! With better family values, he will only have sex in reputable hotels, far far away!

moderatei..blah blah: I don’t care where you think he was “caught”. What is he guilty of? Do you know? Even if he was hitting on the undercover police officer (which I believe was the case), so what? That’s not illegal you moron. …and what if he is a homosexual who can’t bring himself to face his orientation? …and why is it your or abc “news”‘s business? Lets here a cheer for clueless democrat party hate and their media stooges! ….and it’s Cheesejet69, try to get at least one thing right. Love the “cheesetoppings” above – that’s not me of course but glad to see all the trouble you went though to try to be a funny boy!! Truth hurts eh?

I’ll bet those guys on the Senate Ethics Committee are really glad he’s resigning. They’ve really been overworked recently.

Posted by: gc | August 31, 2007, 6:44 pm 6:44 pm

Well, he pled guilty, so that’s that. He should have gotten on the horn with his lawyer pronto and got the entire thing dropped since there was no evidence anyway. But only a guilty man pleads guilty to try to cover it up.

Have any of you doubters ever used a public restroom?
There is no way in hell your foot needs to be in another person’s stall. Peeking through the cracks is NOT NORMAL!
Putting your hand under the divider is NOT NORMAL!
I’m gay too, but I think what he did is wrong. Go to a gay bar if you want a man! Then go get a room!
PS: DON’T PREACH YOUR FAMILY VALUES CRAP IF YOUR GOING TO SOLICIT GUYS IN BATHROOMS!

How about eliminating archaic laws that make sexual contact between consenting adults none of the governments business? And concentrating our police resources on violent crime? I don’t care which political party is represented, I’d rather know how they’re addressing the real issues facing our country. The base nature of man will not be contained by these laws and I think it’s a huge waste of resources.

Hey, C, it’s ironic and comical that you are haranguing everyone else on here for “rushing to judgment” based on a transcript in light of the fact that you stated, “I stand by what I wrote before. I don’t think he did anything wrong after reading the transcripts.” Uhhmmm…hypocrite alert, hypocrite alert, the red lights are flashing for the self-revealed hypocrite who posted under the identity of C. Please return your soapbox to the store from which you stole it!!

Is Vitter not being hounded because his governor is a Democrat, or is Vitter not being hounded because he is only accused of improper and illegal conduct with a woman as a straight man??? Methinks it’s the latter, reflecting the anti-gay inclinations of the upper echelon of the Republican party, that needs so desperately to retain the votes of the Christian conservative voters in the upcoming Presidential Election…

tracing back to my earliest memories of life, having endured more moments than i can possibly count of ridicule and discrimination for having been born a gay man in this country, i realized tonight that i have more than earned my right, having somehow survived this long and difficult journey, to celebrate larry craig’s resignation. trying to fit into this world, today’s culture, where gays are considered second class citizens is hard enough without hypocrites like him inflicting more pain on the generations yet to come…

Why does being a Republican senator make him a hypocrite? Even if he was an admitted homosexual, does that mean he’s bound to dogmatically support homosexual issues? If so, I hope all the Catholic seniors are calling the Pope for advice and all the black senators are calling Al Sharpton to what they should support. That accusation is idiotic. Craig did nothing wrong and I hope the tells McCain and the democrats where to go! Stand up for yourself Craig! This is really about democrat hatred. Hate is as much a part of the democrat party as bowling, bankrupt radio networks and cheap beer.

Do I recall someone having sex with a White House intern in the Oval Office? I guess that is acceptable behavior, since that person never resigned from his position.

Posted by: yesitsahomerun | August 31, 2007, 7:56 pm 7:56 pm

Why does everyone assume Craig was seeking gay sex in the restroom? Fact: He did NOT plead guilty to “lewd behavior.” He pled guilty to the lesser charge of “disorderly conduct” and has maintained from the beginning that he did NOT do anything sexual. Fact: My policemen friends tell me that a cop is permitted to lie to a suspect to try to trip him up and get a confession. This cop lied to Craig but NEVER got him to confess to a lewd act.

It’s not fair to use hypocrisy as a talking point. It gives the Democrats an unfair advantage. Hypocrisy occurs when a person’s behavior conflicts with his stated principles. Since Democrats have so few principles, they are much less likely to be hypocritical. It’s not fair!

Where are the calls for the resignation of Senator Vitter of Louisiana, who admitted to being on the DC madame’s client list? Or maybe that’s acceptable behavior for a Senator.

Posted by: yesitsahomerun | August 31, 2007, 8:23 pm 8:23 pm

Senator Larry Craig was arrested at Minneapolis Airport on June 11. He plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge on August 8, almost two months later. He paid $575 and is now on one year probation.
The is why he is resigning tomorrow. This man is a disgrace to this country.

Mr.Craig is doing the right thing. For himself and for his family.. And for everyone concerned.

Posted by: gregory boone | August 31, 2007, 11:44 pm 11:44 pm

The Republicans have not asked Vitter of Louisiana to resign because they know he will be re-elected. Remember, those people re-elected the imbecile Ray Nagin.

Oh yeah, and if Craig is a perv, why did Romney appoint him as his Senate Liason co-chair? Now Romney is saying he didn`t even talk to Craig before firing him from his campaign post.

Posted by: A Viet Nam Vet | September 1, 2007, 8:36 am 8:36 am

The police officer did it many times before because he is a pederaster. Inciting to sex arousal with the intent to deceit. It is part of his job, he was doing a sting a got the unwary or idiot. The police officer was conducting a very well polished deceit. He did it many times and will do it again. The real cause of the problem is the airport authority by not warning the passers by with a sign such as; “Police pederasts at work here, be warned, trust no one.” Senator Craig had only a lapse of alertness, something bound to happen to all particularly if tired due to a long trip, or perhaps he was just curious about the police pederaster conduct. Senator Craig has the full benefit of the doubt as far I am concerned.

He plead guilty.
He resigned.
He reneged? Do you want a man who second guesses all of his decisions in a position of leadership?

Posted by: Ted | September 4, 2007, 6:03 pm 6:03 pm

I can’t blame Romney from wanting to get far from this perv, otherwise his campaign will be a laughing stock. He’s not running in the Democrat primaries afterall. I have no reason to believe this cop would lie. After the senator screams “no” and tries to get away by showing his senate ID card trivializes his version in my book. What’s he doing in this stall anyways supposedly on the other side of the airport where his flight connected?
