Tiffanie Didonato was born with a type of dwarfism and decided to undergo several painful surgeries to lengthen her bones to increase her height by 10 inches. Tiffanie is very happy with the results, but the Little People of America organization says the surgery sends the message that there’s something wrong with being a little person.
