Palin keeps confusing the evil “mainstream media” with a marketing or PR agency. She seems under some delusion that the person being interviewed is in charge of the interview and that the interviewer is there to promote their subject’s agenda.
While the subject can certainly have things they want to say and should develop the skills necessary to introduce those into their answers, they do NOT get to dictate the experience.

Independents are kind of particular about things like that. When someone runs for national office, we expect them to be able to speak coherently. I mean Bush often didn’t, but at first we assumed he could; he just didn’t want to.

I myself did a lot of research and I looked at what the candidates stand for. I happened to agree more with Obama. Doesn’t mean I drank the kool-aid or I went blindly with the masses. It means I did what I thought was right. I don’t think all people who went for McCain were racist (except for Robert), I’m sure they looked at what he stood for and they shared the same views. Palin 12′ – is this a mantra or Palin’s I.Q.? With any luck, the GOP WILL select her for another run in 2012, so we can all have many more good laughs watching SNL while Obama wins another term! Here is some advice to those individuals that are disappointed in the outcome of the elections. If you voted for Senator McCain and Governor Palin or if you were a disenfranchised Senator Clinton Supporter. Here are a few things that you can do to maintain in the upcoming four years.
1. 86 The Blogs, all of them, stay off of all of these blogs, specifically the ones that are left leaning and here is why. The Obamabots that have been on these blogs spewing nastiness towards the other candidates have not changed and they will not change, they will continue to come on the blogs and spew their hatred along with defend Obama, they have to defend him, because they have to justify voting for him. Let’s be clear, THEY WILL NOT HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING. You will not get through to them, you will not change their minds, you will just fuel them. Let them argue amongst themselves and rip each other apart. If there is no one responding to them, they have no power.
2. During the Primaries and General Elections, you pretty much knew which network and radio stations were in the tank for Obama, now is your opportunity to let these networks know that you did not appreciate their inability to bring you fair and balanced reporting. Boycott these networks and their advertisers and let them know why you are doing it. Hold them accountable. Remember they will continue to be in the tank and they will continue to skew the news so that they can justify their behavior during the elections, THEY WILL NOT HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING. If they tell the truth they will then have to take responsibility for not fully vetting Obama and they will not do that. Primary example: Chris Matthews on MSNBC already said that it is his responsibility to make sure that Obama’s Presidency is successful, this from someone who is listed on that network as t a Reporter. You have more power than you know.
3. Go out into your communities and dedicate your time and efforts: volunteer and look into your local city council and other city government initiative. Become and activist for those things which are of importance to you and your families. Make a difference. While the Obots are sitting and sucking up Oxygen trying to defend their votes, you can be out here making a difference for your children and their children.
4. There has been much talk about the fairness doctrine, which they more than likely will go after. I am a democrat turned independent and I am not loyal to any particular party, but I think that the left and the right should have the ability have their own stations or shows if they want to . Here is a solution. The Fairness Doctrine does not include Satellite radio, so here is a way to help the economy and help talk radio and put money in your own pockets. If this is passed, go out purchase a satellite radio and invest in the satellite companies, invest in organizations that gives you what you want. Encourage the talk radio host to go satellite and invest in their advertisers and the satellite products, this way you get to keep your talk radio and you also get to invest your money in products that support what you believe in. You have more Power than you know.
5. I know that you may be upset about the person that you felt would be best for the country not winning, but give the new administration a chance, although you may think in your heart that they will not do the right thing, give it an honest chance, because in four years, you get to be heard again. Instead of coming on blogs and arguing with people who will not budge no matter what because they have to defend their choice. Contact your congress Person, and State Senators and let them know what you do and do not like, remember many of the Democrats managed to get into their seats on Obama’s coat tails and because of the frustration of the country with the present administration, but the representatives know that they are more venerable than Obama, because the constituents will not be as loyal to them if they do not do what they promised their states and cities. Stay on them and let your voices be heard, put pressure on your Governors also, because many of them supported the President elect and if he is not governing from the center to accommodate all citizens then you let them know and they will be forced to push back out of concern for their own seats and their own careers. You have more Power than you know.
6. Last but not least, set a goal for four years from now, just think in four years you can earn an undergraduate degree, possibly 2 Masters Degrees, a Certification of some sort, take this next four years to make your life and the lives of your children and your families better. Do not wallow in pity but rise up and take action and become more involved. Stay off of the blogs, read the papers and look at the news shows that will give you fair information and keep abreast. This is your best weapon. Let the gloaters continue to gloat as they lose four years of their lives protecting their vote, you would have gained a great deal during this time no matter how this administration turns out.
and finally for the Sarah Palin Supporters, do not worry about Governor Palin, she has very thick skin, she did not get where she is by being a weak woman, and only the weak women and misogynistic men will lack to understand this, people tend to beat up on those that reflect what they would like to be but could never be, Governor Palin walk the walk and I believe that she will continue to do so. As a woman and an African American at that. I understand what it is to be at the very bottom of the chain. I have two whammies walking in the door, but I shake them off and get to business because I know my strengths and I know that no matter what I do. I am going by the definition of “rule” in the Constitution based on the the differences in the responsibilities of the three branches of government. The definition in the dictionary is not the only way to define words. There are different forms of each definitions defined differently in the Constitution. It’s clear that Sarah accepted this job without the appropriate training or experience. What she should do in the next 4 years is to increase her international resume and continue on as governor. She could do well next time but has to be much better informed across the board on issues in order to take on much more heavily experienced Republican candidates. The question is – will she be able to beat Jindal, Pawlenty and the others who will run? Unless the Democrats totally screw up the next 4 years, it will be an uphill battle for the now struggling GOP party.

As for the religious aspects of Sarah Palin, I don’t find these things threatening or weird but that could be because of my background. The raising and laying of hands during prayer is lifting one’s hands toward God in order to draw Him to us. It’s not an exorcism, it’s prayer. For example, if you asked me to pray with you about something I may lay my hand on your shoulder and lift up one hand to heaven. It’s nothing nefarious (you may personally believe it’s weird but we’ll leave personal beliefs out of it, okay?)
And she does not credit this pastor with winning office. Remember the Lord’s prayer: THY will be done. That is what every Christian should seek … God’s will. Palin is simply saying that prayers helped.
No, she is not saying that the task is from God. She is saying that she is praying (sic hoping) that the task is from God. Again, a ‘God’s will’ thing.
As for the interviews, her comments were in the nature of ‘it’s a small world and it is getting smaller. We have to learn to get along.’ How that can imply that she is boosting her foreign policy experience by using the proximity of Russia is beyond me.
I really don’t care about the winking but if it bugs people, it bugs people. As for her answering the way she wanted to, I say good for her. Obama took liberties in his debates with McCain and I personally didn’t feel that it hurt his cause.
As for inciting the crowds, I’m sorry but I have no sympathy. My personal opinion is that the crowds for Obama were already incited but instead of at rallies, they drew blood on the internet. This happened during the primaries and continued on until election day. Obama and his campaign knew what was going on and did nothing to stop it and, in fact, actively encouraged it. Obama knows the power of the internet and bloggers and will continue to use it to his advantage, if at all possible.

In reading many of the posts referencing the uneducated aspects of Sarah Palin, I would like to offer my own input concerning the inapt,dumb and totally stupid people who provided the anti-Palin posts.
Much of what I noted implies that Sarah cannot create complete sentence, while disregarding their savior’s (obama) inability in this same area.
They suggest that she is not much of a mother while disregarding that in their saviors district of chicago, teen pregnancy is rampant and his solution to this problem was to allow the murder of an unknown number of babies and then try to justify his actions by suggesting he believed if a mother wanted her baby murdered it was not for him or the government to stand in the way. That was even after the baby was completely born. I believe these actions would charaterize him as a poor politician and protector of the people.
I noted anti-Palin terms too numerous to include in a standard book let-a-lone in this post. It seems that the leftist socialist/marxists are determine to discredit Palin while directing attention away from the chicago crook who was elected to occupy the White House next year.
You speak of air-head, empty head, stupid and so on, I submit that no one who ever ran for the office of president is less qualified, and fits those terms more than obama does. Yes I know he won the election, but only through lies, voter fraud, and illegal contributions, coupled with a poor choice by republicans in mccain, was this accomplished.
I find it extremely scary when I realize the extent of damage this socialist, supported by the sheep who follow him, can do to this country during his time in the White House.

There are a number of tough, experienced female leaders in the Republican party who would be solid contenders for the next race. They’re not beauty queens, but any one of them could chew up Caribou Barbie and spit her out.
It is a great tragedy of the conservative movement that they would rather have a woman who is attractive, obedient and pliant to their wishes than one who is less attractive, more headstrong and infinitely more experienced and competent.

Does anyone on these post remember that Obama didn’t know how many states there are? We all heard the clips of him, so its no joke. Well, hes president elect Obama now folks! Ms Palin speaks as if she is uneducated and has an ignorance about information a highly qualified high school graduate should have. People who do not care about right or left ideology are concerned about the competency of the candidate and Ms Palin failed in that way. The polls say it and I have observed it myself.
Those who think Palin is electable will try to obstruct Obama and in most cases will fail because he will usually offer practical solutions to problems. It is cooperation not antagonism that will be rewarded.
It may take the Republican Party another loss in the next election cycle to realize that McCain did not do better because he catered to the base too much. The Club for Growth is an albatross around the neck of the Republican Party. I know I would be willing to compromise with the religious right if they were of a mind to compromise but the Club for Growth has foolish ideas that are a proven failure. If this blog is any indication, then our country is in more trouble than first thought. I did not vote for Obama, I did vote for McCain. I think Biden is a man whose foot spends a great deal of time in his mouth and I do like Palin.
What bothers me is the hateful attitudes of those that won the election. Where is the graciousness in victory. Honorable people back off when the victory is won, they do not continue to attack the opponent. Palin isn’t a smooth talker but I believe she loves this country and would do everything she could to keep us safe, which if I remember the constitution is what a president is supposed to do.
I do not believe that Obama has America’s best interest at heart. If I wanted to live in country like Europe, I would move there. I love this country, with all it’s faults.
I resent the bitter, vile, mean spirited things that you people spew out of your mouths. Shame on you. What in your lives are you missing that has made you so hateful?
You won, I am not happy about it, but you did. Obama, for better or worse, is going to be president of the best country in the world. So stop the hatefulness and prepare for the future that is coming.

Sarah Pain and simple, blah blah blah …..

Is it any wonder it took her six years to graduate from college? Imagine her professors’ utter confusion trying to understand the nonsense she must have written. And there was no point asking her to give an oral clarification of the gobbledegook she wrote. And she has the nerve to want to be President. God help us all!

I was sitting here bored and decided to look for some comic relief. So I googled “Sarah Palin bloopers” and was not disappointed. She is priceless. The interesting thing is that her supporters are as funny as she is, like the fool who referred to Obama as an “…armature at the helm.” Wow, I truly split my gut laughing at that point. I hope Sarah gets the opportunity to run in 2012, 2016 and beyond. She is the best thing to happen for Democrats like myself, and her followers don’t even get it. Wishing you many more years Sarah, and please, please please keep speaking to the press. The more then better, much more.
