The Famous Lives Lost in 2008

With the year coming to an end it is time to look back at those who passed away. Some familiar faces on the list. Paul Newman, Tim Russert, "Deep Throat", and now Eartha Kitt. The Los Angeles Times is just one of a bunch of media outlets pulling together lists of those who passed in 2008. Worth reading.

My father-in-law passed away a couple months ago.
He served in the Navy in WWII after joining underage just so his Older Brother who was in the Army could come back home to take care of their Brother’s and Sisters. (their parents had passed away).
Even before that, when he was 10 to 11 years old, he worked odd jobs to make Money to take care of his family.
All his life he gave. Not just to his family, but to his neighbors and even strangers on the street.
No, he was not famous. He did not star in a Movie, nor was he rich.
Where is his rememberence? These people in this story are famous, but why are they more important then the Americans that die each year that have given, percentage wise, more then these people ever did???
Go write a damned real story about someone that is REALLY important!
