Obama should appoint Blagojevich as Commerce Secretary!
Seriously, folks, Blagojevich deserves an honest trial. Rahm Emanual, Obama, and Valerie Jarrett should testify if Blago wants them to because they are involved. Blagojevich should have access to all the evidence including the tapes from the federal investigation. Otherwise, this is not America. I’m afraid Blagojevich is being used as a fall guy for all of Illinois dirty politicians, inc ludingObamessiah.

I think he ma have succeded in convincing anyone who thought he was an idiot to knowing for certain that he’s an idiot.
Can anyone say INDEPENDENT PARTY? Both republicans and democrats alike have repeatedly made fools of us (Illinois residents)and used us for nothing more than their own petty greed. It’s absolutely ridiculous what has transpired for decades in this state. If you haven’t traveled the country, you should know we are laughing stocks known mainly for political corruption.
Last election we heard “vote for me because the last guy was a crook” It’s going to be more of the same unless we send BOTH parties a serious message to clean up their acts or go try to find real jobs like the rest of us.
The real kicker is we’re paying to protect this a-hole while he performs his idiot routine on national television.

Blagojevich is correct on two counts:
1. Under the adopted rules, he is not permitted to call potentially exculpatory witnesses with regard to the charge that he tried to or plotted to sell Obama’s seat in the Whitehouse.
Specifically, he is not permitted to call any witnesses that might potentially interfere with the criminal case against him, which of course includes the above allegation.
2. The prosecution (represented by a committee from the Illinois House) is permitted to present snippets of tape recordings that suggest Blagojevich was plotting to sell Obama’s seat, BUT BLAGOJEVICH IS NOT PERMITTED TO LISTEN TO OR PRESENT any material from thousands of hours of other taped conversations that might be prove his innocence. For example, a conversation with an aide where he rejects selling Obama’s seat.

He is one of the most irritating men I have ever had the misfortune to see. He is as guilty as a well-fed and recent;y fed shark! With about the same amount of moral principles! He is nothing more than another “to the manor born” just like his wife. They truly believe that because they come from “money” that they are above all suspicion. They think they have enough money and influence to rewrite history in their favor! Blagojevich is just another typical example of the graft and greed and criminal behavior that seems to run rampant in our government these days. He thinks he is young, rich, and powerful and that He can pay enough money to get himself out of ANY trouble at all. It is about time they were brought down a peg or two, made to pay for their crimes and put to work learning how to make an honest living doing hard work, something (hard work) that I am certain he is not acquainted with. He has probably never gotten his hands dirty (except with money) in his entire life! He is only fooling himself, he is on his way OUT THE DOOR!
