Closing Arguments: Yay or Nay on the Stimulus?

As we reported earlier, it appears — for now — the Senate has agreed on a massive stimulus plan to help rescue the sinking American economy. The package had ballooned to $900 billion — but Senate Democrats, working with moderate Republicans, were able to bring the overall cost down to approximately $780 billion.
