Has this admiral ever visited any US prisons? You know the one where we are locking up millions of AMERICANS? How about interviewing those in US prisons for things like marijuana, tax problems, or minor offenses. Why do we care about the treatment of FOREIGNERS who happen to be TERRORISTS? Yet allow gangrape, racial fights, abuse, drug abuse, prison labor for US CITIZENS- some of whom, but not all of course, are in there for non-violent offenses? Simply amazing.
