Bush Era, Revised — and with More Barbeque

Hindsight’s 20-20? White House Web site deletes statement that ex-president Bush worked to create "a future of security, prosperity, and opportunity for all Americans."

Adds, also, that ex-prez and ex-first lady met "at a backyard barbeque." (Spicy!)

Curiously, an Obama spokesperson denied to ProPublica.org that the language was new.

So what. That idiot never did any of the above so it should be deleted. As for the barbeque- who cares.

Under rule of Obama, a future of security, prosperity, and opportunity for all Americans apparently doesn’t exist.
More and more people each day get buyer’s remorse. Hows the poll numbers on Obama been? Any trends? uh-huh…

What right does the current White House have to change a previous president’s biography? They are just inviting someone to do the same to Obama’s information one day. Don’t people realize that you never win by doing things like that. They’re so much like little children.

Obama-cabinet of corruption, what is your handle supposed to imply? Are you saying that the Bush cabinet was free of corruption? You probably don’t want to use the Bush adminstration as a paragon of virtue for integrity. Just too many scandals still going on now to enumerate. So, please, do us all a favor – look up the word Marxism in a dictionary, and study up on the concept. After that, spend a few moments thinking about what ‘corruption’ means, and then replay the last 4 year of the Bush White House. Then, once you have absorbed all of that, I would love to hear back from you. The experience may change your mind…

The Bush Administration should face war crimes charges. The Bush Administration violated the rights of Americans and non-Americans alike in its treatment of prisoners. Signed documents show that George W. Bush and Rumsfeld knowingly sanctioned torture of prisoners which is a violation of the Geneva Convention. If the USA does not follow the rules it can not criticize others that fail to follow them.
Average Americans certainly did not benefit from the rule of Bush. Large corporate interests did.
The best öpportunity” Americans have today is to leave the country. Large corporations have no sense of honor.
