As you may recall, this meltdown started when the so-called “energy” companies began gouging the nation on the price of fuel, not with the banking crisis. That cascaded: gasoline went up and with it prices of everything else that has to be transported, food and just about everything else and the cost of electricity went up, which not only raised the price of goods but services as well.
The oil companies strike when the economy is prospering. Every 5 years or so they come through like the grim reaper and harvest the life blood of the nation. Now they have found a way to bleed the cash cow just short of killing it. As they say, “Practice makes perfect.”
It is not just the government which is at fault, the media misdirect the nation’s attention to symptoms rather than causes and the people act like ostriches with their head in the sand.
(I would remind you that the “energy” companies raised their prices in advance of OPEC. OPEC just wanted a piece of the pie. The whole mess is a scam.)

It is very difficult in this year, because we are still a great depression era. We can blame to George Bush, Jr. did get big ruined to diaster in American for not helping our job, money and land. I knew that Barack Obama will be big upset to blame to Repulbican and George Bush, JR. did do to disater in our American!! You keep praying for Obama will decide for not doing a tax for poor poeple and low wage’s poeple. Barack Obama is trying to do his best job more than George Bush, Jr and Ronald Reagan’s strink!!
