Plea Deal for Stanford CFO?

Allen Stanford’s former #2 exec is entering plea negotiations with federal prosecutors, according to Bloomberg. Davis had originally refused to cooperate with the investigation into his old boss and his empire, Stanford Financial, that the feds say was a multi-billion dollar Ponzi scheme. “We anticipate beginning those conversations as early as next week,” Davis’ lawyer told Bloomberg. “Things are accelerating rapidly. We are starting to shift gears and starting to look forward for a resolution.”
