I sell Appliances at Sears for a living, and I get the same from most customers. I always try to ask a question that is hard say yes or no to, such as “How May I Help You?” But somehow I think they are on to that too. Just keep trying…..

I was just assigned the “Man on The Street” article for the paper I write for and got the same reaction. It was refreshing to see I’m not the only one!!

That looks…a lot like me trying to do assignment for my journalism classes, actually. I’m not sure whether I’m relieved or discouraged to see professionals have the same problem.
