Ex-Rep. Bob Ney (R-OH) is out of prison – and on the airwaves!  The former lawmaker, who pled guilty in 2006 to corruption charges stemming from the Jack Abramoff investigation, has his own talk radio show. In his guilty plea, Ney admitted to taking official action in exchange for sports tickets, luxury trips and campaign donations. He served 17 months in prison before he was transferred to a halfway house. His new station, WNLY 1370 AM, has dubbed today “Ney Day” to roll out the “Bob Ney Radio Show.” The station has also given Ney his own blog, which you can see here. Nothing posted yet, unfortunately.
