Sin City Sends Joe Biden A Message
EmailLast week Vice President Joe Biden misspoke. He said he is advising his family to steer clear of being in the confined spaces of airplanes until this new flu has subsided. The comments took off and were quickly amended. The new message became if one was sick they should steer clear of confined spaces such as airplanes. Well, Las Vegas couldn’t resist. This morning in USA Today you’ll find a full page message from the city to the administration’s number two. "Mr. Vice President if you had said it here, no one would have known," says the ad sponsored by "Only Vegas."
There is, of course, a backstory here. The Obama administration singled out Las Vegas out a couple months ago when it railed against junkets by companies that were being bailed out.

Does this admin lie just to lie? I don’t get it. He said what he ment to say period. Whats the big deal? Wake up folks, if they’ll lie about this they’ll lie about anything. Oh wait, they already do.

And what is so stupid about saying “stay away”? Mr. Biden was right to suggest the people exercise caution, considering what we knew about the flu at that time. Come on, give the guy some credit. He was talking about his own family, for heaven’s sake. Just because safety might cut into the bottom line??? How selfish and short-sighted on the part of Las Vegas.

What would you expect in denial from Biden?
