Flextime can be great for all employees, not just those with children. Nonparents have personal lives, too.
Companies had better not offer flextime only to employees with children. It is wrong to pay employees or provide benefits based on employees’ reproductive CHOICES.
Flextime for parents only tends to place additional pressure on employees without children to pick up the slack of coworkers who can’t or won’t do the work for which they were hired.
