Firstly, Bill, Happy Fathers Day to you as well! But from the obvious love between you and your child, I am sure it was as happy as any could hope.
Secondly, thank you so much for reminding us what our fathers are for, and what they have done to try and help us into the ‘real world’ as my father called it.
Third and final point, I am excited to have just found this new medium of The Quick Fix. I have been hopelessly dissillusioned with corporate news sources for many years now, lets say about 20 years out of my 30. Hmm I wonder who’s presidential election that corrolates(sp?) to? But thanks to you and ABC’s other intrepid talent there is now a more heartfelt and “REAL” source for news. These stories so far have been lucid, honest, direct, and the only ‘bias’ I have seen any of these articles has been that of good old honest American indiviuality! Bravo, now if we could get back to letting the reporters on the TV screen get back to writting thier own stories and telling how THEY see it, not how thier paycheck signuers want US to see it.

This was very sweet. Love your
Fixes. Now you just have to remind
her when she is older so that she
can remember it. :)

Recently, my dad had a health challenge. He overcame it and we are all grateful. When we were all in the thick of things, us kids found ourselves becoming sentimental about the old man. Now that he is well again, we are all back to our old ways – sort of – maybe not so much.
Your fix was a GREAT fix. Thank you.

I am such a fan of yours and I have just discovered these Quick Fixes. The only thing I have to say is – I just don’t think you’ve gotten to know many cats if you believe that dogs are “vastly superior”. There are many more cat personalities than there are in the dog world.
