Government Falls Short With H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines
We learned today that only about a third of the vaccine ordered up to stave off the H1N1 Swine Flu will be ready at the beginning of flu season. The U.S. government is planning on ramping up a mass vaccination in mid October. It will be voluntary but school age children, pregnant women and those with health issues will be highly encouraged to become vaccinated. Originally the plan was to have 120 million doses of the new vaccine ready for flu season. Now, it is expected that there will be 45 million doses ready. Another 20 million doses will be available each week after that. This vaccination will be separate from the regular flu vaccine offered each year.

The article says that the vaccinations “will be voluntary”. Let’s see how long until that changes! Also, who is paying for this vaccination program and government stockpile? Does BigPharm really need a bailout or maybe do some government leaders have certain stock investments? Or is it just motivated by campaign donations?

The writing has been on the wall for a while, as vaccine manufacturers warned several weeks ago that swine flu vaccine yields were about 30 percent of what is normally possible with the preparation of seasonal flu vaccines. So 45 million rather than 120 million doses is entirely in line with this observation. On top of this clear problem in population coverage is the concern that what little vaccine there is might not even stimulate adequate antibody response – this is an unanswered question right now. – Stephen Carter, author of Survive Pandemic Flu

good news! less people to be unknowingly poisoned by a thimerosal (mercury)-filled, untested vaccine!!!

Actually, Big Pharma, who I also detest, doesn’t make much money on flu vaccines, most of which are made overseas.
And if you’re scared of thimerisol, please don’t have a fish dinner in a restaurant or eat a can and half of tuna – you’ll get a higher dose.
I’ll get both shots if I can, mainly because my insurance covers it with no copay. And, as a chemist with a graduate degree, I’m worried about a lot of chemicals we ingest, but I’m not worried about thimerisol.
If it was expensive to me I’d probably skip it because about 95% of so called “flu deaths” are actually due to other causes and the flu was usually the “straw that broke the camel’s back”.
