ABC NEWS TO RE-AIR BARBARA WALTERS’ INTERVIEW WITH PATRICK SWAYZE, WHICH ORIGINALLY AIRED ON JANUARY 7 AND TURNED OUT TO BE HIS FINAL INTERVIEW

“Barbara Walters Special – Patrick Swayze: Last Dance” Airs Tonight, Tuesday, September 15, at 10 pm on ABC

Hour Special to Include Exclusive Audio Excerpts From Patrick Swayze’s Autobiography 

ABC News will air “Barbara Walters Special – Patrick Swayze: Last Dance” tonight at 10 p.m. ET on the ABC Television Network. In the exclusive interview, which was his first television interview since being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer early last year and ended up being his final interview before passing away yesterday, actor Patrick Swayze and his wife Lisa Niemi spoke candidly to Barbara Walters about the diagnosis, his brave battle and continuing to live life.

The hour special will also include exclusive audio excerpts from Patrick Swayze’s autobiography, which he just completed.

The interview took place at his California ranch in December 2008 and originally aired January 7.   

The previously scheduled “Primetime: Family Secrets,” will now air tomorrow night, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET).
