Are your children going to watch the President’s education speech today?

The speech has caused a bit of a firestorm.  President Obama today will speak to the nation’s school children today at 12 noon about staying in school, the importance of graduating, and other inspirational messages on learning.

But some parents worried that the President was being political with the nation’s children.  To clarify just what the President’s message is, the White House released the text of it yesterday.  Still, there are a smattering of schools across the country that will hold off on letting their children watch.  Thoughts?
