Quick Fix: Talking to Kids About Differences

User Comments

I’m glad to see that the albinism community is getting some recognition besides what’s been in the movies.
I am the mother of 2 children with albinism ages 7 and 8. What I want to know is, What do I say when my children express to me that they want brown hair like mom, dad, and brother and sister? Sometimes mom doesn’t have all the answers and I just cover it with a “band-aid”.
