I find it ironic that pediatricians state we should be careful our children don’t consume too much fish because of the high levels of mercury and other heavy metals and contaminants… then tell us that vaccines with Thimerosal as the preservative (mercury) is safe. Why is mercury dangerous to consume in fish, but safe to inject when used a a preservative in a vaccine? Hmmm…I guess the answer depends on on whether they are being “incentivized” by the pharmaceutical companies or the fishing industry.

The claim has never been the medicinal portion of the vaccine, but rather the Thimerosal preservative used in them. This is a mercury based preservative used simply to allow the companies to make 40 dose vials vice single dose vials. I’m not a Dr., but I do know that injecting mercury into children’s bodies is just fundamentally wrong.

I was taking to my friend regarding Autism-Vaccine link. Next day, he got a voice message from pediatrician saying that you missed your kid xxx vaccination, which is sponsored by xxx pharmaceutical company. Can you believe it? Who is the lobby for vaccination?

I am the mother of a 25 yr. old who is autistic. At nine mo. of age he began having seizures. At that time our pediatrician said it was probably caused by the DPT shot (this was straight from the Dr. mouth) and he would no longer give him the pertussis part of the shot. People need to realize that the pharmaceuticals stand to lose millions if these vaccines were found to be unsafe, so naturally they have been found to be “safe”.

I have 2 children who have given birth to children with autism and aspberger. Leads to me wonder if it is genetic. 50 years ago we went through a lot of vaccinations: polio, small pox, TB, MMR, in fact polio was done in several doses. I do not think vaccines are the cause.

I have a 6 yrs old kid with autism. I believe giving too many vaccines in short period could be a cause for the Autism. We are not against vaccination. We need to look at vaccination schedules. We are vaccinating the kid 30 to 40 vaccines by age 2. My son got MMR when he was 6 moths due to travel (actual schedule 15 months & 4-6 years.); again he got another MMR at 15 months (as per schedule). Again school asked us to put MMR at 5 yrs old. We didn’t agree on that. We asked our pediatrician to do the blood test to check whether is immune to MMR or not. It came positive, he immunes to MMR; we avoided the 3rd MMR vaccine. Otherwise he would have got 3rd MMR. He had a flu shot when he was 1 yr old. He was very severe allergy to egg; we came to know when he was 2 1/2 years old. We should not give flu shot if person allergy to egg.
WE NEED REFORM ON THE VACCINE SCHEDULE.
DO WE NEED TOO MANY VACCINES?

Sarah, Don’t knock Diane for what she believes. Frankly, I am APPALLED by this news cast. No vaccines havent been proven to have a CLEAR link to autism but how many non biased, non prpaganda, real science studies have been done? NAME ME ONE! Because all I have seen were sponsored by the CDC or by someone who has a part in the CDC… Real fishy to me! No matter what it is it is impossible to have an epedimic of a genetic disorder… so tell me if it isn’t enviromental factors (ie vaccines, diet, etc) than WHAT IS IT? I am a mother who wants to know why her almost 3 year old was said to be on a 2 month old level. Then we began mercury detox and GFCF diet, now he is almost to an 18 month old level. This all happened within a 3 month period. NOW tell me mercury has nothing to do with my sons autism because he is *WALKING AND TALKING* proof!
