David Letterman — Crossing a Line?

Whose business is it?  David Letterman is not an elected official.  He is however the powerful boss of the people who work on his program.  It was not long ago when office places were teeming with managers openly having affairs with subordinate women.  Today, that can be defined as sexual harassment.  So in case of David Letterman admitting that he has had sexual relations with staffers, should he face consequences?
