It was the perfect high school romance that turned into jealousy and rage. Elizabeth Vargas reports on the story of a popular, pretty teenage girl who became the victim of a hideous crime that would shatter her face but not her beauty. “20/20” is there as she tries to rebuild her life and her looks, and comes face-to-face with the young man responsible. "20/20” airs FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. 

Plus: They are a mysterious breed – women who fill their homes with cats instead of kids. Why would they do that? Are they just crazy for cats, just crazy or is there something deeper going on? Elizabeth Vargas reports.
