The Heene family jumped into the national spotlight when their backyard balloon came untethered in October. Millions watched it careen through the sky — believing a boy named Falcon was inside. But the hoax came crashing to earth. Today, the Heenes were punished — with father, Richard, receiving a 90-day sentence, with a mandatory 30 days in jail, and four years probation.
