President Obama laid out his blueprint tonightfor a successful end to the war in Afghanistan — a big speech at a critical moment for his administration. The plan does not come without a cost — both in terms of manpower — with some 30,000 more US troops ready to deploy — and in dollars. We know there will be critics — and supporters.
