While the story is very good, I must comment that the people who work in the clinical laboratory are, for the most part, clinical laboratory scientists and not technicians. Most have bachelor degree or master’s degrees. The laboratory is frequently disrespected both in terms of its personnel and the work that is performed there. Over 70% of all medical decisions are based on the date that these specialists develop.
