Closing Arguments: Buck Stops at Obama?

  Tomorrow, the Christmas day terror suspect is scheduled to make his first court appearance in Detroit. Today, President Obama said, "The buck stops with me." The White House released a report on security failures that preceded the thwarted plot.  The president called on the intelligence community to improve communications, stressing that intelligence tips must be followed up on and the watchlist system improved.  For now, no one will be fired.
