IRS Rage Fuels Texas Suicide-by-Plane?

UPDATE: Above is our first photo of Joseph Andrew Stack, a fed up software engineer who introduced himself to the world today by reportedly crashing a small plane into an Austin, Texas, building home to an IRS branch office. He also apparently set fire to his home. In addition to Stack, the suicide attack killed one employee at the building the plane struck, remarkable given the extent of the fiery crash scene. What may be the critical piece of evidence is being circulated online right now. Some are calling it a suicide note; others, a manifesto. It is long, it is filled with anger directed largely at the government, and you can read parts of it in the report. ——————— UPDATE 2: Embedded below last night's report from Ryan Owens.
